St. Albans is located at 678 Aurora Ave in St. Paul, MN 55104 |
Please join us online through our livestream on Easter Sunday at 10:30am on Facebook or our YouTube channel.
An Embodied Lent
During Lent, FAUMC will offer opportunities for your body, mind, and spirit.
This year for Lent, will be “homebodies,” discovering a whole-body approach to faith practice. We will continue with the lectionary readings that remind us that Jesus cared for the whole person, all people, all bodies.
During Lent we will offer opportunities to move your body, worship with your whole body, and read together from a book that helps you be connected to your body… Each designed to connect your body to your soul as faith practices that will carry us through Lent.
