Fairmount Avenue UMC Choir
Music is an integral part of worship at Fairmount, an expression of prayer and praise which touches us at a profoundly emotional level. Fairmount’s music program builds on a long tradition of musical quality in an outreach which offers opportunity for participation by members of all ages in music of diverse styles. Although it is focused on Sunday worship, note that Fairmount also puts on a Midwinter concert each year. One of the hallmarks of our vibrant church is the high level of congregational participation in the music program. Note that the vocal and handbell choirs are not as active during the summer.
