Women's RetreatIn February our women travel to a retreat center just north of the Twin Cities for a weekend retreat. We hike and snowshoe. We worship and reflect. We laugh and eat really well.
Registrations are required for this event. Scholarships available. Contact the Church Office for more info. |

Progressive DinnerEvery year people from Fairmount Avenue UMC gather for dinner in one another's homes. We start in one place for appetizers, go to a dinner in small groups, and then gather again for dessert. It's a fun way to meet new people and deepen friendships. Watch here for more information.

Annual Superior Hiking Weekend
Every fall, people from Fairmount Avenue UMC head up to the North Shore for a weekend of hiking, community, and worship. It's a special time of appreciating the beauty of creation and connecting to God through the inspiring landscape. Seriously, this is a great weekend. Families are responsible for finding their own lodging. Hikes and group events are planned.
The 2024 Annual Superior Hiking Weekend will be September 20-22 in Two Harbors, MN.
